You must be currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university AND actively employed. We support students who are balancing real work with real school.
Two documents are required: (1) Proof of Enrollment — a transcript, class schedule, or enrollment verification letter; and (2) Proof of Employment — a pay stub, W-2, or employer verification letter.
Yes. After you submit your application, you'll receive a unique Application ID by email. You'll use that ID to request recommendation letters from your employer and at least one instructor.
No. GPA is optional on the application. We evaluate the full picture — your work ethic, your goals, and the impact a scholarship would have on your education.
Three short essays (150-300 words each): (1) How working while attending school has shaped your goals or work ethic; (2) What this scholarship would mean for you and your education; (3) How you demonstrate academic or professional dedication despite working.
Click 'Apply for a Scholarship' on our homepage, complete the online form, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your Application ID, which you'll use to request recommendation letters from your employer and at least one instructor.
